HEM4300工程机械控制器介绍

适用于电控发动机的控制和数据显示，实现发动机的开机、停机、转速调节、数据测量、报警保护等功能。

控制器的传感器端口可检测发动机以外的车辆的信息，如：液压油的温度、压力、燃油液位等参数，并对其进行逻辑保护。

输入口可配合遥控器实现车辆的启停机及转速的控制，也可通过CAN总线来实现，同时可将关键功能通过输入口以按键方式引出，操作更加便捷。输出口为控制和保护等功能输出动作，两路PWM输出可控制两路液压比例阀。控制器采用彩色液晶显示屏，可显示中文、英文。

发动机工作参量均能在屏幕上直观显示，操作简单，运行可靠。

其结构紧凑、整机防护等级高、接线简单、可靠性高，可广泛应用于各类型柴油机驱动的设备：水泵，液压泵站，钻机，非开挖设备，石油设备，特种车辆等各类工程机械。

HEM4300 Introduction

Applicable to the control and data display of electronically controlled engines, realizing the functions of engine start, stop, speed adjustment, data measurement, alarm protection, etc.  

The controller's sensor port detects information about the vehicle other than the engine, such as: hydraulic oil temperature, pressure, fuel level and other parameters, and protects them logically.  

The input port can cooperate with the remote control to realize the start/stop and speed control of the vehicle, or through CAN bus. Meanwhile, the key functions can be led through the input port in the form of keys, which is more convenient to operate. The output port is used for control and protection functions, and two PWM outputs can control two hydraulic proportional valves.  

The controller adopts color LCD display, which can display Chinese and English. The engine working parameters can be intuitively displayed on the screen, easy to operate and reliable in operation.  

With compact structure, high protection level, simple wiring and high reliability, it can be widely used in various types of diesel driven equipment: pumps, hydraulic pumping stations, drilling rigs, non-excavation equipment, oil equipment, special vehicles and other types of engineering construction machinery.
